We have an opportunity to significantly improve the customer experience, drive business impact and improve efficiency. Additionally, we believe we can improve marketing at Microsoft by using modern web analytic capabilities and by building new data driven approaches to creating modern digital experiences. As part of a larger team that covers all major cloud apps and services at Microsoft, the team's scope is Dynamics 365 and Power BI. This high-profile role will work with the web lead to strategize, create, manage, execute and optimize web analytics. This includes building experimentation and

• Own delivery of key web BI reports, insights, monthly business review support and ad-hoc reporting • Manage implementation of integrated marketing business intelligence programs • Drive business impact with our stakeholders by providing insights, recommendations and by contributing to new customer experiences • Understand the unique customer journey across the entire portfolio of commercial web sites • Partner with direct, digital, content, events and branding teams on the development of the web BI program, and manage web analytics tools • Thought leadership – drive decision making up to executive
• 5+ years' of working in data analysis. • BS/BA in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or Marketing. MBA preferred. • Exceptional problem solving, technical and data analysis skills • Advanced modeling and Excel skills and understanding of top third-party analytics tools • High attention to detail, action oriented, ability to work within stringent deadlines • Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner • Strong strategic thinking complemented with a bias for action. A successful candidate needs to be able to develop a strategy and execution plan
