As part of the Surface design verification team, we are looking to hire a candidate who will be responsible for the creation and execution of design validation solutions in our tablet devices. The area of responsibility spans system, software, and electrical engineering. Typical work areas may include component and system validation in one of the following technical areas: audio, battery, camera, display, Motherboard, Power, RF Wireless communications (LTE/WiFi/BT/NFC/etc), Storage, Sensors, Touch, Thermal.
Minimum Requirements: EE or CS degree Minimum 5 years' experience in system/electrical engineering familiarity with test equipment, including oscilloscopes and power supplies Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience with a scripting language (PowerShell, C#, C++, Python, etc) Working knowledge of Windows software would be beneficial
