As part of this, the Hardware QA team owns the total hardware validation testing cycle and ensures the products meet or exceed the high expectations of our cloud customers. The ideal candidate for this role will be an innovative self-starter. As a founding member of the team, you will work alongside product management, research, design, and engineering (EE/ME) to define and build new processes to qualify the cloud hardware
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field · 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ownership of hardware/software project testing: defining test strategy, writing test plans, designing and executing software tests, and iterative development process improvement · Demonstrated experience leading the creation and execution of large feature testing strategies · Demonstrated experience leading a team of professionals in development or QA in servers or a related field · Demonstrated experience leading external vendors in performing outsourced
