• BS or BA in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline • 7+ years of experience in new product introduction and product life cycle management • Experienced in management of engineering design projects in the ODM model •Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, AutoCAD Inventor, Microsoft Office, PLC/HMI Programming, Motors, VFDs, and 24VDC control devices (such as limit switches, solenoids, photo eyes and E-Stops) • Experienced in engaging customers to gather requirements and develop specifications • Master’s degree in Engineering (any discipline) • Analytic problem solving skills, including knowledge
