JOB DESCRIPTION AWS Training and Certification is seeking a talented, passionate, and customer-focused Senior Graphic Designer to create innovative, on-brand designs to market training and certification products and programs to customers, partners, and employees. As the Senior Graphic Designer for Training and Certification, you will work with key stakeholders in Marketing, Field Marketing, UX, and Design to create graphics and design standards for our digital properties and collateral. You will engage with key stakeholders to build upon the AWS Training and Certification style and branding guidelines. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, enthusiastic, keeps cool under pressure, and will iterate as often as necessary to get it right. This position requires strong design abilities, digital expertise, and the ability to relate graphical design concepts to visual communication. · 5+ years’ experience in web and graphic design production environment · 5+ years using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign · 5+ years’ experience creating visual illustrations and brand development · 5+ years’ experience with pre-press production and printing · Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or 9+ years professional experience required · Demonstrated expert understanding of the latest design tools, best practices, and suggests process improvements in the scope of their team, organization · Experience elevating design systems and pattern libraries · Knowledge
