We are looking for a customer-obsessed Launch Management Lead with a strong track record of delivering results and proven project management experience to lead launch management across Training and Certification. As the Launch Management Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an end-to-end launch and governance strategy for all product and programs being generated across the T and C Organization for new courses, exams, and programs for customers, partners, and employees. In this role, you will collaborate across various functions including Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Release Managers, Delivery, Infrastructure, and other functions. You will provide governance over the overall T and C launch roadmap, including dash-boarding and analytics, as well as developing a strategy for a centralized and global
· 5 to 10 years of related work experience in release management and governance and/or digital/high-technology companies/products · 5+ years direct people management experience · BA/BS or equivalent 8 years combination of release management and recent training/education industry experience · Experience building test and learn plans that continuously improve program engagement and effectiveness · Ability to travel to Seattle if not local 25% or more· Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative technology products · Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment; IT/technology
