This role serves as a strategic finance partner to the AWS data center real estate and construction business teams while ensuring strong integration with the new region expansion and existing region data center supply teams. You will lead the analysis that allows us to deliver best-cost solutions. You will also develop highly scalable processes that allows finance to monitor the pulse of the business and translate that to financial risks and upsides through the planning and forecasting process while maintaining a strong controllership environment
Basic Qualifications * Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business or related field * 7+ years of experience in a finance role and people management experience * Ability to work independently, partner cross-functionally, and be self-motivated in a fast-paced and rapidly changing technology environment * Experience designing and implementing highly scalable business processes that touch multiple stakeholders * Advanced modeling skills including advanced Excel skills * Solid business judgment and controllership focus * Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer focused,
