Join the team that launched the first-ever Amazon brick and mortar retail store, and continues to innovate and grow this strategic area of our business. The Physical Stores team launches and manages Amazon Books, Amazon Pop Ups, and Amazon 4-star locations across the US. We are looking for an outstanding Marketing Asset Project Manager to manage the production process for offline, printed marketing assets (signage and collateral), as they progress from request through development, review, printing, and delivery. The Marketing Project Manager will: · Manage information and asset flow for marketing assets from request through design, printing, delivery, and re-ordering · Work with stakeholders across the team to determine how best to plan signage in order to meet the needs of marketers, store employees, and customers. · Improve efficiencies with print requests/schedules/kits to reduce costs as we scale · Manage marketing asset delivery for changeovers, ensuring the right materials are brought

· BA/BS required · 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing operations, production, or project management · Related experience working in print production and with a creative team · High Proficiency in Excel · Excellent written and inter-personal communication skills; ability to work successfully with all levels across Amazon · Strong attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves · Strong bias for action with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines· Print production/design background · Previous physical retail experience
