· BS/BA degree · 5+ years of operational experience managing programs or products in support of a mid-to-large scale, multi-geographical, high-growth sales organization · Experience communicate with internal and external stakeholders · Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives. · Experience working independently and autonomously · Advanced analytical skills · Expertise working with SalesForce and analyzing data with Excel· Superior oral and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. · Partner program/channel program design,
