The new platform will transform and vend data at scale so that employees can get paid, receive benefits, and many other critical functions. We are looking for an experienced Principal Technical Program Manager who will work across engineering and product organizations to clarify existing and establish new use cases, migrate systems to a new platform, and lead an organization

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related work experience · 7+ years of technical program management experience working directly with product and engineering teams · Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project planning/execution skills including estimating and scheduling · Technical fluency; comfortable understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule trade-offs, and new opportunities with technical team members · Experience defining APIs, algorithms and determining architectural approaches to products · Experience delivering large, multi-year
