Amazon's Employee Services Technology (ES Tech) team is building a HR Contact Management solution on Salesforce Service Cloud. We are onboarding new programs across globe onto this platform. ES Tech will enable employee self-sufficiency by providing simple, intuitive self-service tools across devices using communities, lightening, and other Salesforce next gen technologies. We will implement the overall self-service strategy and user experience for our employees and partners by integrating it with other Amazon cross systems and platforms like telephony, content management system (CMS), and analytics ensuring consistent global experience. Amazon's ES Tech team is looking for a Technical Program Manager to align customer vision to technical solution, defining program/project strategies using Salesforce platform and technologies. The person will manage implementation of multiple projects making sure customer strategic goals, requirements are delivered with quality, ensuring a scalable, extensible,

· Bachelor’s degree · 7 + years of experience in software application/product development projects · 3 + years of experience in technical program management, project management, or similar business experience with ERP, Salesforce or any CRM platforms · Experience in Cloud computing, SaaS and Knowledge Products · Experience in global, cross geographical project delivery, coordination and resource management · Experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery models · Excellent written and verbal communications skills· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
