Key responsibilities: Manage a team of software and service engineers, providing leadership and continuous ownership of high quality, purpose-built security tools with excellent usability. Design and develop site reliability that solves classes of problems, enables integration across groups of components, promotes clean code and reuse, and satisfies engineering and operational requirements related to the services we provide. Knowledge, experience and required skills: 5 years of working knowledge in Workflow Foundation, Windows Services infrastructure, application to network-layer troubleshooting 3 years as an engineering people manager with a proven track record of delivering complex software solutions for Identity and/or security-related services, meeting a high bar of Site Reliability BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics or equivalent work experience Preferred Skills: 5 years of working knowledge in identity technologies: Active Directory, Federation Services, PKI, MIM Ability to communicate and manage
