Amazon Web Services, Datacenter Infrastructure Engineering team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive new product and technology development initiatives enabling continuous innovation within our rapidly expanding data center infrastructure foot print. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to drive large scale product, program, and technical initiatives that enhance reliability, scalability, and cost effectiveness of our engineering designs and implementations. You will drive continuous advancements and improvements with our designs, and communicate technical direction to Sr. Management. An ideal candidate has an extensive background in product, program, and technical leadership for large scale strategic initiatives in data center infrastructure domain. S/he has the ability to lead/influence teams, create product/program visions, drive requirements documentation and execution, manage complex multi tech/ops/business org opportunities, drive execution of programs/products/operations,

· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or similar field from an accredited university · 12+ years relevant work experience in mission critical facility engineering domain · Experience designing electrical/mechanical/control sub-systems for data centers or other mission critical facilities. · 5+ years of product management experience · Project/product management experience that shows how to organize, find solutions and follow through to a successful conclusion · Understanding of basic data analytical skills and tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL (beginner to intermediate)
