Bachelor's Degree Experience as a program manager (not project management), product manager 5 years of experience driving and building product iteratively Strong leadership skills to influence the agenda among partners and engineering counterparts Ability to work with global teams and influence across matrixed organizations Flexible communication skills that can provide clarity to audiences that include customers, peers and executive leadership Demonstrated commitment to results and impact Experience with a metrics-driven mindset, ability to experiment, learn and improve Preferred, not required:
