We are looking for talented, motivated program managers to engage with our hardware partners like Logitech, Lenovo, Plantronics and others, and manage the co-engineering of certified devices. The devices our partners build, natively integrate with O365 Services: Skype for Business Online and Teams. We're looking for a seasoned program manager to work with partners on co-engineering and certification of Teams devices such as, IP Phones, rooms systems and peripherals. This is a fantastic opportunity for high impact program management with a heavy emphasis on partner interaction in a small team (startup-like) environment. Key responsibilities: • Define specifications and partner deliverables for building Teams devices • Define, build and manage the product category backlog, working closely with the Teams product team and the partners. • Work closely with marketing and business development teams
• Degree in Computer Science, or related field • 5+ years in an engineering role such as program/product/solution manager • Familiarity with A/V devices used for communications • Demonstrated engineering PM skills and a track record of project execution • Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, developing project plans, and managing releases • Outstanding problem-solving skills and a passion to solve hard problems, work on process improvement • Ability to work with partner teams across organization boundaries • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills • Demonstrated
