Amazon is looking for a big-thinking leader to develop monetization strategies for new fulfillment solutions under the Fulfillment by Amazon’s (FBA) team. The new leader will focus on driving pricing and monetization strategy for new global products used by small to medium businesses. Over 2 million sellers offer new, used, and collectible selections to Amazon customers around the world. To meet our sellers’ needs, our smart, diverse, customer-obsessed employees are constantly innovating and building on new ideas. Amazon Global Fulfillment Services (AGFS) is a set of supply chain and logistics services for our sellers. The AGFS team partners with sellers and our logistics teams to create a seamless experience for sellers to leverage our world-class facilities and capabilities. 71% of sellers who use products such as FBA report more than a 20% increase in unit sales after joining FBA. Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills Expertise in Excel and SQL required Experience solving complex quantitative business challenges Outstanding verbal/written communication skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action.Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MS, PhD, etc.) Working knowledge in statistical modeling tools (e.g., R) Previous experience in supply-chain, retail and e-commerce a plus Experience working in pricing and monetization for cloud based services a plus.
