The services team owns a number of critical services to power gaming monetization at Microsoft including enabling end-to-end Xbox store experiences across Console and PC. Our services scale for millions of concurrent transactions with high availability and low latency requirements to delight the gamers worldwide. Responsibilities: As a member of the Xbox Monetization team, you will spend your time as a hands-on Principal Engineer and a technical leader. You will play a key role in building software products and features and you will use a wide range of technologies, programming languages and systems. You will have the freedom and encouragement to explore your own ideas and the reward of seeing your contributions benefit millions of gamers worldwide.

Qualifications: Proficiency in C# or C/C++, and strong design, implementation, and debugging skills; knowledge of Azure cloud services, a plus Experience with distributed systems, cloud computing, performance analysis, databases, and/or large-scale data processing Strong communication skills (both written and oral) Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently BS/BA in computer science, or equivalent in related technical experience Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence/ML a plus.
