Amazon is looking for a superstar Principal, Ops Engineer to shape and coordinate our approach to end-to-end fresh food manufacturing capability and capacity. We are looking for a senior manufacturing/engineering professional to own the design, build out and continuous improvement of our food manufacturing network. This position will be influential in how our facilities, processes, and operations are designed and executed. The ideal candidate will be passionate about operational excellence and will have the expertise to synthesize these workflows into growth-driving operational plans. This leader will build out each phase of the project lifecycle starting with analysis of business requirements (network capacity, site optimization, production competency, supply chain, etc.), design, budget requisitions, stakeholder coordination, implementation, turnover, and closeout.
