Principal Manager responsible
As the Principal Manager responsible for representing our global event developer content, you will work with a diverse team driving developer engagement and relationships within the Developer Relations team. You will work closely with engineering and marketing leaders in Redmond, as well as field leadership across the world to ensure that our developer content and story aligns strategically with key engineering efforts, operational rhythms, business processes, procedures, and communications. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about storytelling, operational excellence, developer productivity, improvement, and effectiveness, and for someone who excels working in a collaborative and cross-group environment. This role will entail working with product groups and developer relations to help align (and possibly create) a comprehensive message for the developer community. You will use your expertise to influence the story and framework that enables the product teams at Microsoft to tell

In this role, you are responsible for the representation and alignment of content from multiple teams for global events. You will help magnify and support the technical connection within the Microsoft community. You'll help first-party event organizers understand the content plan and delivery cadence from Developer Relations, and you will serve as a liaison to minimize the information disconnects across teams.
