Do you want to build a cutting-edge highly scalable data and analytics platform using latest technologies such as Azure Data Lake, Kusto, SQL Server, Power BI, Cosmos DB and Azure Databricks? The Cloud Supply Chain and Provisioning Engineering (CSCP-E) group within Azure is an exciting and fast evolving engineering group within Microsoft that powers Microsoft's Cloud-First mission. Azure is going through hyper growth with an expectation to grow 10x in near future. We are responsible for designing, building and operating Microsoft Azure's cloud infrastructure. CSCP-E Analytics team is looking for an experienced, self-driven, analytical Business Intelligence engineer

The ideal candidate will possess combination of software engineering, data engineering and strong business acumen skills that will help them be successful in the role. The successful candidate will work in lockstep with Software Engineers, Data scientists, Business analysts, Product Managers and other stakeholders across organization. Your responsibility will include the following: • Design and develop analytical platform that will enable insights to analyze and measure the rhythm of business • Drive architectural design across the engineering team using Microsoft's latest software and services
Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related technical field, or equivalent work experience. • 5 Years' Experience developing with cloud-based technologies, including relational databases, data warehouse, big data (i.e. Hadoop, Spark), orchestration/data pipeline tools. Preferred: • Proficient in data modeling, ETL development, and Data warehousing, or similar skills • Proficient in SQL, Python, Spark SQL, Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Services • Experience with Agile software development using the scrum methodology. • Experience
