MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Design, build, configure, and support interfaces, custom reports, and other programs needed to solve business requirements within the Kronos application suite, focusing on scalability, low latency and efficiency. Scope project effort and estimates, prioritize competing work and negotiate time lines. Use low-level ad-hoc query tools (such as Toad, SQL Plus, SQL Discoverer) and SQL queries. Translate business requirements into technical specifications with an emphasis toward highly available and scalable global solutions. Create detailed functional and technical design documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation throughout the complete business cycle. Create SQL queries against Oracle tables to troubleshoot, develop metrics, and create ad-hoc reporting as needed. Research, document and resolve Oracle system issues, and perform gap analysis to determine configuration and development changes. Enforce SDLC process
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Management, Engineering, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered, as a Computer Systems Analyst, Software Engineer or Developer, or a related occupation.
