AWS is looking for a highly motivated and deeply analytical Sr. Business and Sales Operations candidate to support the rapidly growing Global Systems Integrator Channels and Alliances team. This position will be global lead responsible for supporting the rhythm of the business activities such as Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other cadenced reporting and metrics. The position will assist Global Partner Development Managers and Global Account Managers in evaluating and forecasting attainment against revenue goals, utilizing various CRM tools to derive well-vetted analysis, and other ad-hoc requests and analysis

· 15+ years of experience in executing Strategic Initiatives and leading Sales/Partner Support teams in a similar role in a corporate environment supporting global hi-tech or global system integrator organizations · Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies · Executive financial, analytical and communication skills · Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce required (extensive knowledge of Excel required) · Bachelor’s degree is required · MBA preferred, or Masters in equivalent field · Passion for working in a lean, fast-paced organization,
