The Gaming Integrated Marketing team is an energetic, values-based team that is hyper-focused on making life more fun for millions of gamers around the world. We are seeking a skilled Executive Business Administrator to provide support to the General Manager and his team. This role will take on a variety of tasks while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be able to proactively anticipate needs and shift priorities quickly, be self-motivated, self-aware, and have the ability to balance a sense of humor with a sense of responsibility. Candidates should appreciate an energetic work environment, have a sense of urgency for key deliverables, be deliberate and forward-thinking in how they approach challenges and be able to operate at scale.
Duties may include but are not limited to: Calendar management for busy General Manager Scheduling and coordinating meetings and off-sites for leadership team Complex and frequently changing travel logistics and expense reporting Department Budget Management: Originate team POs, determine budget codes and troubleshoot budget discrepancies. Partner with the Procurement team on SSPA Compliance, MSP and Supplier rationalization Headcount management: opening new requests, updating position changes, and assisting employees with office moves Work in close partnership with Business Manager Team morale
Required Qualifications: 3+ years of administrative experience supporting a senior leader 3+ years of experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote 3+ years of scheduling experience managing multiple Senior Leader calendars and high volume clientele at the General Manager, Vice President, or higher level Additional Qualifications: Strong collaborator with experience working in a complex, matrixed environment Proven excellence in administrative skills and functions Ability to interface at the exec-level with customers and partners both internal and external Strong leadership skills
