This Connections Executive Assistant role may be a great role for you. The Connections team is seeking an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of duties, including: executive calendar management, document preparation for meetings (managing agendas, printing, updating goals), follow up reminders, travel coordination, expense processing and occasional event planning. In addition to supporting Connections organization, this position will interact and partner with the business leaders, HR teams and their executive assistants to support Connections engagement across Amazon. The position will focus on processes including meetings, events,

· Minimum of three years of experience providing senior executive level support · Demonstrated project ownership and consistent delivery on commitments - great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail · Minimum of three years of event coordination experience · Strong professionalism and grace under pressure · Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Products (Excel, Outlook and SharePoint) · Desire to work with others and take on ambiguous tasks · Bachelor’s degree· Passion for supporting employees · Master’s degree · Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech
