The Inventory Planning and Control (IPC) team is looking for an Executive Assistant to support two Directors in Seattle, Washington. IPC owns Amazon’s global inventory management systems: we decide what, when, where, and how much we should buy to meet Amazon’s business goals and to make our customers happy. IPC fosters new game-changing ideas, continuously improves, creating ever more intelligent and self-learning systems to maximize the efficiency of Amazon's inventory investment and placement decisions. IPC is unique in that we’re simultaneously developing the science of supply chain planning and solving some of the toughest computational challenges at Amazon. It’s a busy work place and you'll need to possess the skills to complete complex tasks and projects quickly, have the business acumen to react with appropriate urgency to emerging situations, and be comfortable enough with ambiguity to be able to take effective action without having to know the complete picture. · Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing Executive Assistant support for senior level executives in a fast-paced environment · Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook · Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint · High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information · Experience with domestic and international travel coordination · Bachelor’s degree preferred · Experience in software development or start-up environment · A strong backbone with an aptitude for diplomacy · Grace under pressure, and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s
