This individual should possess strong analytical skills, be a self-starter, and work well independently with little guidance. Responsibilities include: · Operating precision measuring tools and instruments. · Operating hand tools, grinders, sanders, rotary files, drills. · Perform quality inspections Export Control License: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon’s ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.
· Combinations of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful job performance will be considered. · 2-year technical degree in composites manufacturing or equivalent · 3 years of composites-specific manufacturing experience required · Able to work with minimal supervision and with ambiguity · Advanced understanding of composite structure fabrication processes and methods · Strong mechanical and assembly skills · Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment · Work with hand tools · Basic engineering knowledge: mechanical, electrical, software
