We are looking for a Hardware Development Manager to support our modeling, test, and validation team within propulsion; someone capable of managing across a variety of controls and sizing models. In addition to engineering breadth, this individual needs to be able to both people and project manage effectively which helps our team meet individual career and program level objectives at the same time. · B.S. in an engineering or related field · 9+ years’ work experience (or equivalent educational experience) in Consumer Electronics, Power Electronics, Aerospace, Automotive, and/or Medical field or combination thereof · 9+ years’ experience in hardware development from concept to serial production, and sustaining engineering · Experience with product lifecycle management and engineering change control processes and tools · Experience leading and/or managing more than one of the following teams – mechanical, electrical, power electronics, electromechanical, materials/process, or manufacturing
