The successful candidate will be a self-starter who has the drive and intellectual agility to develop and adapt high impact marketing in a rapidly changing environment. The candidate must also be expert at content development, experienced in managing cause-driven marketing initiatives from inception to execution, and proficient in leveraging digital strategies to engage consumers. Lead the development of marketing strategy, messaging and content on key societal issues in partnership with program managers and other cross-company stakeholders Manage integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives, with an emphasis on digital, to promote content in ways that reach targeted and broader audiences Enable scaled, global marketing impact through activating Microsoft's Field, Partners, and other stakeholder groups Leverage data and analysis to continuously test and improve marketing impact
5+ years professional experience in consumer marketing Proven ability to create customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant and engaging Strong experience with digital marketing channels and strategies Experience working with creative teams to develop and execute campaigns Excellent oral and written communications skills Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to translate consumer research and campaign data into marketing strategy and impact Ability to think strategically while driving tactical execution Capable of working with cross-functional teams and leading through influence
