The Amazon Alexa Recruiting team is seeking a talented results oriented Technical Recruiter with a passion for delighting both their business partners and candidates to join our recruiting organization. Specifically, you will work alongside a recruiting team who supports the organization that builds Skills, Alexa Voice Services, Auto, and Games. This will be a full-cycle recruiting position from candidate generation through offer. Successful recruiters on this team utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics, and prioritizing to hit SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done. They draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required · 4+ years technical recruiting and sourcing experience in engaging technical talent from a high hiring bar environment required · Experience balancing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, business partnerships and candidate relationships · MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook · Demonstrated ability to be a talent adviser to the business and worked in an ever-changing environment · Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative
