We are looking for a recruiter with a strong reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client/account management, are highly organized, effective communicators, possess the ability to prioritize, push back, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, all while being highly customer focused and collaborative. · 7+ years of corporate and/or search firm technical recruiting experience · 3+ years of experience supporting and influencing senior leadership · 3+ years of experience reporting recruiting metrics to business partners · 3+ years of proven delivery of technical talent such as networking engineers, data center engineers, full stack software development engineers, systems/support engineers, and front/back-end engineers · 3+ years of experience with MS Office experience; including Word, Excel, and Outlook · Bachelor's degree· 5+ years experience recruiting technical talent that hold U.S. Government
