Responsibilities: Develop and achieve business sign-off on performance-based design documents based on the results of needs analysis that include learning, behavioral, and performance objectives aligned to business outcomes and consider the whole performance system Consider the learner's end-to-end learning journey to recommend learning solutions that balance learning and role priorities with overall training requirements Develop and execute guiding principles for prioritizing training requests and communicating trade-offs Recommend delivery modality based on consideration of learning type, behavior
Preferred Qualifications: Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Be learner obsessed and team-oriented Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and practices to include: adult learning theories, interactive training and learning design, on-line/e-learning design principles, distance learning, instructor-led training, self-paced instruction, Skype and Recordings, evaluation methods, version control and performance support systems Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, work in a fast-paced environment and accomplish
