(InfoSec) Awareness Team Information Security (InfoSec)
Amazon’s Information Security (InfoSec) Awareness Team is looking for a talented and creative Learning Specialist to help foster security awareness and further enhance Amazon's security culture. The successful candidate will be an adult learning expert who is creative, collaborative and customer-obsessed. In this role you will: · Create security awareness content, including eLearning, videos, instructor-led content, virtual classroom design, tool kits, study guides and security support tools · Develop, lead and deliver InfoSec security awareness training programs · Partner with stakeholders across Amazon.com to understand and address their awareness requirements · Define, track and report learning-based metrics to measure the success of our learning campaigns · Manage legal and InfoSec reviews for awareness content · Program manage awareness projects to deliver high quality training that delights our customers
· Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, technical communication, or equivalent practical experience · 3+ years of instructional design, training, or compliance training · Experience designing, writing content, and evaluating eLearning, job aids, video, or webinars · Proficient with a variety of eLearning development tools · Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design best practices · Project management skills with the ability to work independently · A passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences · Strong written and oral communication skills. · Familiar
