The AWS Security Awareness team supports the AWS network with programs to increase cloud security awareness and proficiency. As an essential member of that team, the Technical Training Specialist will create training and awareness material for both internal and external customers. S/he will ensure the training raises the security bar at AWS, exemplifies the voice of AWS, and empowers customers to have confidence and deeper knowledge in AWS security. Creating engaging security training programs, thinking outside the box, process automation, and championing inclusive security culture are also key functions of this role. Basic Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, technology, or related learning field experience · 5+ years of instructional design, technical training, or compliance training · 5+ years of application of adult learning theories and UI/UX design best practices · 5+ years of experience ADDIE, SAM or other course development models · 5+ years of experience designing, writing content, and evaluating eLearning, job aids, video, or webinars · 3+ years of proficiency with a variety of eLearning development tools including Articulate Storyline · 3+ years of experience with adult learning
