· 7+ years of relevant engineering experience · 3+ years of people management experience, managing engineers · Experience in partnering with product and program management teams · Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field · Proven experience in project management of complex deliverables with limited resources · Experience in hiring and developing engineering talent · A track record of shipping analytics software that operates on large data stores (10s of TBs per analysis instance) · Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Amazon EMR, Amazon Redshift and Amazon
