We are looking for developers to build next generation of Microsoft Advertising UI which would be gateway for Advertiser payments(credit card, bank account, Paypal and many others), billing, account and user management, login and signup, and much more. We are looking for strong developers with customer empathy, to build a great user experience that delights our customers and brings in more revenue. You will work closely with PMs, UX designers and partner teams to design, implement, test, monitor and improve business critical features. And you will have the opportunity to learn about online advertising, which is a critical pillar for innovation and commercialization in the industry. 1. Required Skills: - BS degree in CS or related engineering field. - 3+ years of development/technical design/ problem solving/debugging experience - 1+ years of development experience with JavaScript, HTML, and/or CSS Preferred Skills: - Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Knockout, Backbone, ReactJS is a plus - Solid CS fundamentals, strong inclination for architecting at scale - Excellent technical design, problem solving and debugging skills - A sound track-record of shipping products and having been through multiple development cycles - Strong team player and communicator, strong believer
