We are looking for a software development manager to own end-to-end development of Amazon’s corporate websites including About Amazon, The Day One Blog, Amazon.jobs, and other digital communications tools and websites used by internal, external, and operations communications teams. Qualifications: • Candidates must have a Bachelor in Computer Science Engineering or related field. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • 8+ years professional experience in software development, and 2+ years’ experience as a People Manager in a software development organization. • Possess an extremely sound understanding of areas in the basic areas of Computer Science such as Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Design, Databases. • Be able to write Amazon quality code in an object-oriented language - preferably in C++, Java, or JavaScript. • Candidate must have good written and oral communication
