Amazon Devices is seeking an exceptional social community manager who stays one step ahead of social trends to build and grow our community. You’ll be a thought leader on our team, deepening online social conversations, building engagement and brand loyalty, and enriching our social marketing strategies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering results on social campaigns, surfacing customer insights through analytics and reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft innovative and effective social content. We are seeking candidates that are masters of social media, able to manage creative briefings, content publishing, community engagement, and oversight of the social media calendar. The social community manager will work across internal teams including marketing, creative, customer service, legal, and PR. You will collaborate closely with the creative and product teams to inform and implement holistic strategies for social content, understanding

· 5+ years of experience in social media marketing within a global brand · 3+ years experience of making decisions using social media best practices · 2+ years experience engaging with target audiences through social media channels, growing social KPIs such as engagement rate and followers · 2+ years experience using social listening/analytic tools to derive customer insights with the objective of optimizing social campaigns · Familiar with PR and marketing strategies designed to grow brand affinity · Bachelor’s Degree· Sharp-witted writer and all-around excellent communicator, able to demonstrate
