If so, Amazon's WW Operations Workforce Planning organization is looking for an analytical and detail oriented Senior Workforce Planner. This is a new role and requires a curious, entrepreneurial individual who has strong analytical, project management, forecasting, and influencing skills. In this role, you will seek to understand strategic business objectives in order to develop actionable talent strategies by leveraging mechanisms and tools, demand forecast and metrics to drive talent and resourcing decisions. Your work has a direct link to the organization's growth and transformation over time. Responsibilities include: · Build and implement capacity planning processes across Operations Talent Acquisition teams that will allow the organization to scale in response to business

· 8+ years of experience working with and presenting to executive audiences · Experience in workforce planning, human capital, organizational strategy, talent acquisition/recruiting, and/or analytics · Experience working with and drawing insights from raw data and data visualizations · Demonstrated analytic and data management capabilities and reporting presentation of complex data · Solid understanding of people metrics with ability to explain the data insights to business partners· Highly effective and efficient in ambiguous situations · Strong organizational and communication skills, problem
