Amazon WW Consumer is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support Consumer space related projects around the world. This leader will partner with the Amazon Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Team to create a forward- thinking strategy around space usage, plan for growth, and develop innovative ideas for Consumer teams as it relates to the work environment, productivity, and employee experience. The leader will also partner with the Consumer Finance Team to implement headcount forecasting and analytics to improve decision-making. Responsibilities may include: · Serve as a project manager to ensure WW Consumer program initiatives execute with perfection. This includes partnering with key GREF teams and driving cross functional alignment on timelines, deliverables, and executive reviews
· 5+ years of experience working in program management, finance, real estate or design industries. · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or equivalent education or experience in lieu of a specific degree in these fields. · Excellent listening, speaking, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build positive and professional relationships. · Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, MS Project and other analytical and program management tools. · Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes
