To support our growth, we are looking for an innovative, action-oriented, and analytical Program Manager to lead Merch's global Seller Operations. The Program Manager will work closely with senior management and stakeholders across a variety of functions to identify stakeholder needs, secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities, drive delivery, and manage success metrics. You will ensure our Seller Support team is equipped to respond to designer contacts in a timely and helpful fashion, manage seller outreach campaigns and events, troubleshoot escalations from our Associates, forecast Seller Support staffing needs for new and existing locations, and continually optimize operational processes. Key responsibilities in this role include: · Deliver processes and productivity improvements by working closely with the Seller
· Bachelor's degree · 3+ years Program Management experience· Prior Program Management experience in a similar industry · Experience working with product and technology teams · Experience driving large scale customer facing programs · SQL and Excel fluency
