A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar major. 2+ years of experience in a software engineering role 4+ years experience managing software development projects with aggressive schedules. Further, will have proven experience in: Interacting with Project Sponsors, Technical Program Managers and multiple Development Teams to define and deliver complex features. Leading the effective and efficient delivery of large, complex projects. Anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating and making tradeoffs, and balancing business needs versus technical constraints. Maximizing
