We provide streamlined purchase and shopping experiences, and innovate in payments to provide our customers easy ways to pay for goods. More About the role: We need a Sr. TPM to accelerate end to end delivery of innovative shopping experiences for Amazon.com customers. You will help evangelize a vision across multiple teams and business stakeholders. You are able to understand business goals and turn them into software that provides innovative value to customers. · Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. · 5+ years of technical program/project management experience · Knowledge of the following: service-oriented architecture, eCommerce systems, distributed systems design, one or more data processing or analytics technologies · Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, leadership skills essential to successful program/project management · Experience managing multiple large, cross functional projects in a matrixed organization · Ability to drive tough decision making, balancing business goals,
