We are looking for a talented, smart, and entrepreneurial Senior Sourcing Manager to help manage and execute the team’s global sourcing program. The Senior Sourcing Manager will be responsible for creating global sourcing strategies and processes to develop and deliver best in class products. This talented individual will drive the global sourcing process from A to Z including strategic vendor management, workflow management from sourcing, product development, production, social accountability, and product compliance as well as provide product and risk management. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the product managers, inventory managers, product compliance teams, and social accountability teams to improve supply chain efficiencies, and ensure our products and vendors meet our standards.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the fashion industry · Minimum of 7+ years of relevant work experience · Experience in global sourcing, manufacturing, costing, lean supply chain management, international logistics, product compliance/quality assurance, social accountability, and product development · Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products · Strong negotiation skills · Track record of taking ownership and driving results · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong project management skill · Proficient in Excel and project lifecycle management
