Serve as key end-to-end expert on Microsoft Advertising editorial policies to ensure policy compliance Analyze trends in escalation queues to identify emerging risks, policy gaps or global trends which should be surfaced for compliance discussion Partner closely with Policy Team through all phases of policy influence, creation, detection, review, documentation, launch and enforcement Provide thought leadership to policy team partners through business requirements for editorial policy creation or improvements Partner with Sales teams to coordinate policy enforcements and communications Act as Policy
3+ years' relevant experience, including project management, policy creation, technical support, and/or consulting on customer service and support operations is required. 2+ years project, program and/or online digital media policy quality experience is required. Strong communications skills - ability to support and defend policy decisions firmly and diplomatically across teams; Multilingual skills a plus Excellent command of verbal and written communication for all levels of stakeholders Extremely detail oriented and thorough, with the ability to understand the "big picture" and business strategy
