The Modern Engineering Services and Hosting team within Core Services Engineering (CSE) is focused on leveraging modern engineering architecture, design, and technologies to provide highly available infrastructure and hosting services that enable our sales and service teams to work at large scales across the globe within designated facilities including Microsoft Technology Centers (MTCs)

Key responsibilities: Execute on the service design and engineering strategy, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and service delivery. Engage with broad virtual teams across the company to deliver services, support and solutions. Financial tracking and reporting of the infrastructure portfolio, including oversight of the related services and budgets, and developing and maintaining chargeback models, if applicable. Participate in regular Service Reviews with Leadership to ensure appropriate level of visibility across service strategies, projects, and metrics. Participate in regular business
Knowledge, experience and skills/Qualifications: 4-7 years of client service delivery experience Experience with managing and maintaining Infrastructure services processes, tooling and policies. Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills. Attention to details and structured designs. Ability to drive large, complex programs and solutions Ability to balance workloads while collaborating with peers in building and supporting the next generation of Infrastructure services. Strong customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
