Basic Qualifications: · Advanced degree in Industrial Psychology, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or Operations Research · Six or more years of applying deep learning/statistical algorithms/models to solving real-world problems in industry · Proficiency in at least one computing language · Outstanding written and verbal communication skills · Experience with guiding R and D strategy for your organizationPreferred Qualifications: · Proven record of innovation and strategic impact across teams · Excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do never-give-up attitude
