We are looking for a Senior Release Program Manager that will manage and evolve the end-to-end Release Management processes from demand intake through post-delivery. This is a pivotal role that works across 500+ engineers to help us with building a world

Define and evolve existing frameworks for project planning, execution, and release activities Drive regular project meetings and ensure issues, risks, and actions are tracked and have mitigation and resolution plans in place Facilitate the definition and completion of release criteria for major milestones Help bridge the gap across project stakeholders and dependencies Provide project status updates to stakeholders Build and maintain project health dashboards to surface metrics that can be used across various stakeholder communities Design and develop tools and services to support data-driven decisions
Required: 7+ years of IT/software program management in agile environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field Preferred: Demonstrated experience leveraging data analysis to solve complex problems and influence product decisions Excellent communication skills and working at various altitudes of an organization Demonstrated experience as a change agent driving large initiatives requiring change management techniques Hands on experience with engineering tools (Azure DevOps, TFS, JIRA, or other) Preferred: Demonstrated experience with all facets of release
