Senior UX Program Manager Department: Global Prime Experience (GPX) Reports to: Senior UX Program Manager Summary: The Global Prime Experience (GPX) design team is looking for a Senior UX Program Manager (UXPM) to support our organization. This role wears many hats and is responsible for the delivery of design, user research, and creative projects through proactive planning, forecasting, and mitigation of risks and roadblocks that occur. We are looking for a very strong owner with the ability to work across multiple teams and job families for successful delivery of best-in-class design, user research and creative. Key responsibilities and skillsets: · Web and UX Program Management: A strong understanding of modern web design best practices, organizational complexities and technical requirements. This also includes managing productivity tools, project intake, resource/capacity management, project trafficking and reporting across our key projects and internal/external creative/production
Required skills · 8+ years of experience as a program manager, producer, project manager or similar role within advertising agencies, design studios, production or Internet companies · Self-starter with strong ownership that can operate efficiently within ambiguous situations · Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from creative and business stakeholders · Mastery of PM tools such as excel, JIRA, Asana and MS project among othersPreferred qualifications · A degree in communications or equivalent experience · Experience with scoping and managing production budgets
