Sr. Program Manager
Amazon is looking for a Sr. Program Manager for the Transportation team to focus on ensuring that forward looking initiatives that enhance our Transportation and Supply Chain maintain world class excellence in operational execution. This role requires working with business teams across the company to define requirements and high level process/system solutions; leading cross-functional business and development teams and managing the timelines for all operational teams to support project launches. This position involves regular communication and presentation with project sponsors on status, risks and change control. This position orients on cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills.
· Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain other related field · 4+ years of qualitative/quantitative data analysis related to Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation -Logistics or Inventory Management · 6+ years of work experience managing cross-functional programs, including external and internal stakeholders · Intermediate knowledge of basic data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL · 2+ years of work experience with Supply Chain Management concepts i.e. forecasting, planning, operations, optimization and logistics · 2+ years of work experience writing documents
