Are you passionate about social change AND great technology? We are looking for a creative, and mission-oriented program manager to drive new retail experience and capabilities for traditionally-underserved customers on Amazon, including for the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program pilot and related complementary customer-facing programs. As a Program Manager you will have ownership and responsibility to drive key business KPIs, processes and operations. This Program Manager will partner closely with Product Managers, Operations teams, and Engineers to improve customer experiences, scale the business, and drive expansion. You will support a new business and own goals and initiatives from end to end. This requires strong leadership skills and interaction with Amazon’s cross functional teams to drive the development and enhancement of our products. · Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience · 3+ years of experience utilizing data and analytics to formulate program objectives, solve business problems, and drive process improvements · Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences · Skilled in building relationships with stakeholders · Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously · Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles, and develop processes at
