Are you passionate about social change AND great technology? We are looking for a creative, and mission-oriented program manager to drive new retail experience and capabilities for traditionally-underserved customers on Amazon, including for the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program pilot and related complementary customer-facing programs. As a Program Manager you will have ownership and responsibility to drive key business KPIs, processes and operations. This Program Manager will partner closely with Product Managers, Operations teams, and Engineers to improve customer experiences, scale the business, and drive expansion. You will support a new business and own goals and initiatives from end to end. This requires strong leadership skills and interaction with Amazon’s cross functional teams to drive the development and enhancement of our products.
